Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy covers important information about having a subscription with Dripr, and your rights as a subscriber.

Introduction

Some items on Dripr are available for purchase as a subscription. This policy outlines how subscriptions work, how you’ll be charged, and how you can manage, pause, or cancel them at any time. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.


How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe to a product, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select during checkout (e.g., every 2 weeks, monthly). You can manage these settings from your Dripr account dashboard at any time. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.


Billing & Payments

  • Recurring Charges: Your saved payment method will be charged automatically before each shipment. Charges will occur based on the billing frequency selected (e.g., every 30 days).
  • Secure Payments: All payment details are stored securely via our third-party payment processor (Shopify Payments).
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we’ll retry the charge and notify you. Repeated failed payments may result in your subscription being paused or cancelled.

Subscription Renewals

Some subscriptions may have a set duration (e.g., 3-month or 6-month plans). These may auto-renew at the end of the term unless you cancel beforehand. We’ll send you a reminder email before any renewal.

If you do not wish to renew:

  • Visit your account dashboard
  • Select your subscription
  • Click “Cancel Subscription” before the renewal date

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage all aspects of your subscription from your Dripr account, including:

  • Changing delivery frequency
  • Skipping a delivery
  • Updating your payment method
  • Updating your shipping address
  • Pausing your subscription
  • Cancelling your subscription

To ensure changes take effect before the next billing cycle, please make any edits at least 24–48 hours before your next scheduled charge.


Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription anytime, unless otherwise stated (e.g., for prepaid fixed-term subscriptions).

To cancel:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to “Subscriptions”
  3. Select the subscription you'd like to cancel
  4. Click “Cancel Subscription”

If you cancel after a payment has been processed, that order will still be fulfilled, and future payments will be stopped.


Skipping or Pausing Deliveries

Need a break? You can skip an upcoming delivery or pause your subscription without cancelling it:

  • Skip: Delays just the next order
  • Pause: Temporarily halts all future deliveries until you resume

This can be done via your account dashboard.


Prepaid Subscriptions

Some subscriptions may be paid upfront for a fixed term (e.g., 3 or 6 months). These are non-refundable once purchased and will automatically expire or renew depending on your settings.


Notifications

We’ll notify you by email:

  • When your subscription is renewed
  • If there are payment issues
  • For any major changes to our subscription terms

Please ensure your email address is up to date in your account settings.


Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. We’ll notify active subscribers of any material changes in advance.
