FAQ Returns & Refunds

Need to Return a product to us? Please read our return & refund policy below before reaching out to the team.

Returns Policy

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. We reserve the right to reject any return if the product and/or its packaging shows signs of damage or use.

Products must be returned within 30 days of the original order being dispatched. Once your return request is approved, items must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your return confirmation email.

When returning items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service with signature required. Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by our warehouse, and we cannot be held liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

If a product is assessed as unfit for return, we will notify you by email and no refund will be issued. You may request for the product to be returned to you at your expense. If we do not receive instructions within 14 days, the product will be responsibly recycled.

After receiving and reviewing your return request, we will notify you via email that your return will be accepted, and you can follow the return instructions inside that email.


Step 3

Upon receiving the returned item/s, we will review the products you’ve returned. If the returned products have met all of our return policy requirements, we will process a refund to the value of the returned item/s at the time of purchase.
