We offer fast delivery to anywhere in New Zealand. Below you will find answers to the frequently asked questions in regards to our shipping carriers, and estimated delivery times.

We deliver to customers around the globe with tracked, dependable shipping options. Delivery times and rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, so you’ll always know what to expect before you place your order.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We’ll dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and you’ll get a shipping confirmation email once it’s on the way. While we aim to meet all targets, delays can occasionally happen once your parcel is in transit.

All targets listed on our website are in business days. Weekends & public holidays do not count as shipping days allocated to the target delivery period as the network is not operating. All delivery targets on our website are estimates only and we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays. Your target delivery period begins once you receive your shipping confirmation email and your order has been dispatched not from the time/date you place your order.

All orders are shipped from our Wellington, New Zealand, warehouse Monday to Friday. Place your order before the dispatch cut-off and we’ll aim to ship it the same day. Orders placed after may still go out that day, or will ship on the next business day, depending on order volume.
