We offer International shipping around the globe. Below you will find answers to the frequently asked questions in regards to our shipping carriers, and estimated delivery times.
Below you will find an estimated delivery time to your country. Some outer city suburbs, regional, remote and rural addresses may require additional days for local ground transport & delivery.

All targets listed on our website are in business days. Weekends & public holidays do not count as shipping days allocated to the target delivery period as the network is not operating. All delivery targets on our website are estimates only and we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays. Your target delivery period begins once you receive your shipping confirmation email and your order has been dispatched not from the time/date you place your order.
All orders are shipped from our Wellington, New Zealand, warehouse Monday to Friday. Place your order before the dispatch cut-off and we’ll aim to ship it the same day. Orders placed after may still go out that day, or will ship on the next business day, depending on order volume.
