We offer fast delivery to anywhere in Australia. Below you will find answers to the frequently asked questions in regards to our shipping carriers, and estimated delivery times.

We ship Australia-wide directly from New Zealand, and don’t worry, delivery times are often just as quick as ordering from interstate. In fact, depending on your location, it can even be faster.

Shipping is free for all orders over $90 AUD. For smaller orders, standard shipping ranges from $8 to $10, depending on your delivery address.

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect before placing your order.

Standard Delivery: has a target delivery of 5-7 Business Days, it's usually faster to metro areas. Some outer city suburbs, regional, rural and remote addresses may require additional days for ground transport.

Express Delivery: has a target delivery of 3-5 Business Days. Some outer city suburbs, regional, rural and remote addresses may require additional days for ground transport.

All targets listed on our website are in business days. Weekends & public holidays do not count as shipping days allocated to the target delivery period as the network is not operating. All delivery targets on our website are estimates only and we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays. Your target delivery period begins once you receive your shipping confirmation email and your order has been dispatched not from the time/date you place your order.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed and paid for before the dispatch deadline below will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after may still be shipped the same day depending on order volume, but if not they will be shipped on the next available business day.
